Due to the perishable nature of our farm-fresh produce and food items, we can only accept returns on non-perishable goods or items that arrived damaged. We strive to ensure every Diddly Squat product meets the highest standards of quality before it leaves the farm.

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery; for perishable food items, any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of any damaged goods or packaging to initiate a claim.
Secure Packaging
For non-perishable returns, place the unused items back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
