Where does your produce come from?
The majority of our products are grown or produced right here at Diddly Squat Farm in Chipping Norton, or sourced from our neighbors in the Cotswolds to ensure maximum freshness and support for local farmers.
How do you handle shipping for perishable items?
We use temperature-controlled, insulated packaging and express shipping for all chilled goods, such as our sausages and cheeses, to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched from the farm, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our fields to your table.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your products available for international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our food and drink range within the UK to ensure the quality and freshness of the products are not compromised during transit.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We certainly do. You can select our 'Farm Hamper' option at checkout, and we will package your items in a rustic wooden crate with a personalized message.
